"Cell! Once again you have taken for granted the powers of a true Saiyan Warrior! Now, if you really want to test your strength- stay right where you are!" Cell, having achieved his Perfect form after absorbing Androids 17 and 18, has humbled the Saiyan Prince, Vegeta, and is giving him the opportunity to fight him once again. Vegeta- having been pushed to his limit- channels all his energy into one focused blast- his Final Flash. But can the planet even withstand this pressure? The attack (said by Toriyama himself) to have been 100% capable of utterly destroying Cell if he hadn't dodged at the very last moment- the Final Flash is such a cool moment in the history of Dragon Ball.  I've used the original Funimation dub with the "Dub Music" here- because I think it adds a lot (even if the Kai dialogue and delivery is a clear cut above in most places IMO)- it was superbly colour corrected by the Seed of Might team. There are only 5 voices to dub here- Vegeta, Perfect Cell, Future Trunks, Android 16 and Krillin. Beware that this dub has lots of intense screaming and grunting- be kind to yourself and your voice xx Been seeing lots of people doing big screams on my previous dubs- just be careful, okay?

Installation

Install Folder: packs_voice

1. 1Download the ZIP from the original source.
2. 2Extract the files into a temporary folder.
3. 3Find the game custom content folder: packs_voice.
4. 4Move the extracted pack folder into that directory.
5. 5Restart the game and check the pack selector.
