As Raiden finds Blade Wolf's robotic body severely damaged, a huge machine appears from tne ground. This is the latest model of Metal Gear- named EXCELSUS. From it emerges United States Senator Steven Armstrong, who proceeds to outline his plan to make America great once again! Starting a war under the guise of retaliating against terrorists who killed Americans- when this was all fabricated... Can Raiden defeat this latest Metal Gear?! One more in my series of MGR dubs- only one more key Armstrong scene left to go as well! I don't plan to do any other scenes from the game which don't feature Armstrong- because he's hilarious and my favorite character from it. Three voices here! Installation

Install Folder: packs_voice

1. 1Download the ZIP from the original source.
2. 2Extract the files into a temporary folder.
3. 3Find the game custom content folder: packs_voice.
4. 4Move the extracted pack folder into that directory.
5. 5Restart the game and check the pack selector.
