About This File This mod adds one of Spider-Man 3's most quotable moments to The Choicer Voicer: the hallway showdown between a symbiote-corrupted Peter Parker and his landlord, Mr. Ditkovich, over months of unpaid rent. Swagger in as "Bad Peter" — slicked hair, black suit attitude and all — and go toe-to-toe with a landlord who isn't backing down either. What's In The Clip The clip covers the full exchange: Ditkovich's opening demand ("Rent!"), Peter's dismissive brush-off, Ditkovich's "it's not a rent-free country" line, and the payoff where cocky black-suit Peter fires back that he'll pay up "when you fix this damn door!" Two strong, contrasting characters in one tight scene — the blustering landlord and the newly arrogant Peter — makes this a great two-hander for dub pairs or solo voice-switching. Installation

Install Folder: packs_voice

1. 1Download the ZIP from the original source.
2. 2Extract the files into a temporary folder.
3. 3Find the game custom content folder: packs_voice.
4. 4Move the extracted pack folder into that directory.
5. 5Restart the game and check the pack selector.
